Being a relative new player in the market by name, we host decades of experience in offshore and lifting solutions; KWINT has been founded back in 1883,located in seaport Groningen, The Netherlands, serving the marine and shipping market as primary goal from day one. Since 2016, KWINT has started KWINT Offshore as a separate company together with a certain amount of people with a lifetime of experience in offshore operations. Main focus of KWINT Offshore will be serving marine, shipping and offshore, with the oil & gas industry, but also offshore renewables such as tidal and wind energy, with our vast experience, high end quality products and excellent services. Scope of supply

As full service provider in marine and offshore equipment and services. We provide steel wire ropes, cable laid slings, synthetic ropes & slings, anchors, chains, deck & mooring equipment, lifting and accessory equipment applicable to shipping, (permanent/temporary/deep-sea) mooring applications, heavy lift operations, maintenance jobs, and other civil works and offshore activities.

Our specialist knowledge and top notch facilities allow us to provide our customers with tailor-made solutions in fabrication work such as carousels, suction piles, heavy winches or cranes, but also smaller constructions like, and repairs of, man riding baskets, spreader beams, lifting beams & hooks, davit cranes, hoisting frames, etc.

Load testing, re-certification, NDT, crane/wire inspections, and (on- and offshore) rigging services are common daily practice, but also our design & engineering, consultancy, project management, load out / tow out management and operations are considered strong added values by our company.

When it concerns complete and state of the art operations both on- and offshore, involving floating and positioning, mooring, installing, (heavy) lifting, maintenance/service, and/or removing, there will be one port of

call: KWINT Offshore will be more than willing to team up with you.

But in our rigging loft, where high-quality wire ropes are assembled, a technical challenge will not be avoided. Even with sails and tarpaulins Kwint can help you. We also have a sailmaker and a service and inspection department. Our mechanics testing and inspecting everything, like lifting equipment, hoisting equipment, wire ropes, chainslings and a lot more.
